Our guided kayak fishing day trip takes place in either Barkley or Clayoquot Sound. Each location is a kayak angler’s paradise, famous for its world class fishing and abundant wildlife. The temperate coastal rainforest provides an important refuge and habitat for a significant number of animals including numerous species of fish. On this expedition we will focus mainly on catching Coho Salmon, Chinook Salmon, Lingcod and Rockfish.
Develop and refine your kayak angling skills in class two and three waters with personal instruction from experienced instructor and first class equipment. Our program will begin either in Ucluelet or Tofino depending on which Sound we plan to explore. The duration of the day trip depends group expectations and local conditions (tides, currents and weather).
